Materials

What materials do you use?

I primarily use stainless steel for all jewelry due to allergies associated with silver-plated materials. Silver-plated pieces can be requested, but please note that pricing will be higher for that material.

Products

What products do you offer?

I carry a variety of premade items including necklaces, rings, keychains, bookmarks, and writing pens. Check the shop for current availability.

Do you offer writing pens?

Writing pens are primarily silver-plated and are premade. I will update availability as I go through my stock, so check back for the latest inventory.

Do you offer silverware pendants?

Yes. Silverware pendants are primarily premade with stainless steel as the material. I will post them as I acquire more material and will do my best to keep inventory updated. Custom silverware pendants for necklaces or keychains can also be requested.

Do you offer bookmarks?

Bookmarks are available in stainless steel only and can be ordered as premade or custom.

Do you engrave rings?

At this time, I do not offer ring engraving. I am hoping to do so in the near future.

Pricing

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the material and design of the piece. Premade item prices are listed with each product in the shop. For custom orders, pricing will be determined at the time of the order based on your request.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as Apple Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.

When is payment due?

Payment must be received before shipment. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed.

Custom Orders

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I do take custom orders. Customers can request custom rings, silverware pendants for necklaces or keychains, as well as custom bookmarks. I will have pictures available for you to choose from.

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct ring size when placing a custom order.

I work solo and will be as efficient as I can with custom orders. I appreciate your patience.

At this time I am not accepting orders that require items to be sent to me. I work a full-time job and am balancing that alongside managing 5·13 Vintage. I appreciate your understanding.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders may take 5–7 business days to be finalized, depending on your request. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will also be provided so you can keep an eye on your package.

Blemishes

Will silverware items have blemishes?

Some silverware pieces may have natural blemishes due to the vintage nature of the material. These blemishes will not be altered or repaired. All items are thoroughly cleaned and polished before being listed or shipped.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my stainless steel jewelry?

Stainless steel jewelry is more durable and does not require as much attention as silver-plated pieces. The cleaning routine is the same:

  • Clean gently using a jewelry cleaner, or warm water with a mild soap if you do not have one.
  • Use a soft bristle toothbrush to gently scrub, and dry with a microfiber towel.
  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions.

How do I care for my silver-plated jewelry?

Silver-plated pieces require a little more attention. Follow the same cleaning routine above, but please note that there is a chance your jewelry may tarnish over time.

Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes are available from 4 to 14. All rings are solid and not adjustable, so it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct size when placing an order.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

At this time, I only ship within the United States. International orders are not available.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Once delivery to the destination has been confirmed, lost or stolen items will not be refunded or replaced. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
